FAQ'S

How do I order from your website?  Choose the item(s), the materials and the colors you wish to order or have custom made for you.  Write them down, then either email or call Lisa (206-817-0719) with the appropriate information, and we will begin the order process. 

What information should I have ready for you when I call?  You'll need to have ready the following information:

• Item name (if you have already chosen - otherwise, we can discuss what you might like in detail)

• Colors chosen (specify whether crystal or pearls)

• Wire and/or chain option chosen (if appropriate)

• Wedding Colors (your dress color, bead colors if any beading on wedding dress, maid of honor and bridesmaid colors)

• Wedding Date

Do you offer any discounts?  Yes, in fact I do!  If you order more than $100 worth of jewelry on one order, I will give you 10% off your entire order!

How do I pay for my order?  I accept credit cards or money orders to make your purchase, and will ask for this information when we finalize your order.  If paying via credit card, when I have completed your order and it is ready to be sent to you, I will process your credit card information and confirm authorization.  Once I have your credit card authorized, I will ship your order.  If you choose to pay with a money order, I will send your jewelry upon receipt of the money order.

What if I don't like the jewelry, or my special occasion is cancelled?  Contact us within 10 days of receipt of unsatisfactory products purchased from this website.  You may request either a refund of purchase price, minus shipping/insurance charges, or a replacement.  Please note: special orders may be returned for credit on a replacement basis only.  We do not send out jewelry "on approval."  Large orders with multiple returns may be subject to restocking fees at our discretion.

How long will it take to get my jewelry after I place my order?  If I'm not busy with other orders, I can generally complete jewelry for an entire wedding party within a week.  P-L-E-A-S-E allow at least a month, if you can.  I may have other weddings to design jewelry for. 

How will I get my jewelry?  If you live in King County or northern Pierce County, Washington, I will most likely deliver your jewelry.  If you live outside of those two areas, I will ship your jewelry via UPS or FedEx.  We can discuss shipping and charges at time of order.

PRIVACY STATEMENT ~ We will not share any info that you register with us with anybody, at anytime, for any reason, whatsoever.  Period!
